These remarkable individuals will be honored at the upcoming Women of Work (WoW) Gala on November 7, 2024 in Minneapolis. Don't miss this chance to celebrate their achievements and impact in uplifting women in the extended workforce.

Innovator of the Year

Awarded to a woman who has introduced groundbreaking technology or processes to the contingent workforce industry, demonstrating exceptional innovation and impact.

Leadership Excellence Award

Recognizes a woman who exemplifies outstanding leadership qualities and has made significant contributions to her organization or the contingent labor ecosystem at large.

Rising Star
Award

Given to an emerging female leader in the contingent workforce ecosystem who shows tremendous potential for future success and influence.

Diversity & Inclusion Champion

Honors a woman who has made notable efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the contingent workforce ecosystem.

Community Impact Award

Awarded to a woman whose efforts have substantially benefited the contingent workforce community, whether through advocacy, education, or service initiatives.

Trailblazer Award

Presented to a woman who has paved new paths in the contingent workforce industry through innovative approaches and significant contributions.

Mompreneur Marvel Award

This award honors exceptional working mothers who excel in balancing career success and family life with grace and determination.

Pioneer Entrepreneur Award

Celebrates a female entrepreneur who thrives in the contingent workforce, striking a perfect balance between her professional endeavors and life outside work. This award honors her for launching or significantly expanding a business that stands as a paragon of innovation and diversity, while also showcasing her commitment to promoting well-being and work-life harmony.

HeForShe Advocacy Award

Recognizes a man who has demonstrated active and unwavering support for women in the contingent labor industry. This individual goes above and beyond to advocate for gender equality, creating spaces for women to succeed and leading initiatives that uplift and empower female professionals. His efforts challenge norms, inspire change, and significantly contribute to building a more inclusive and supportive workforce ecosystem.

Mentorship Impact Award

Celebrates an individual's commitment to guiding young women in the contingent workforce or STEM realm. This award honors both men and women who have made significant efforts in mentoring, offering not only their wisdom and support but actively creating growth and learning opportunities in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics or the Extended Workforce. Their contributions have been instrumental in nurturing a new generation of female leaders, providing them with the tools they need to flourish.

Ultimate Woman of Work Award

The Ultimate Woman of Work Award represents the pinnacle of recognition within the contingent workforce space, celebrating a woman who epitomizes excellence across the board. April 1 – June 10, 2024


 

The nomination form is officially published and anyone can nominate one or more people who meet the criteria of achievement, uplifting women and is committed to diversity and inclusion.

June 17, 2024

The Top 500 Women of Work list will be officially published. The list will be made available on our website and social media channels.

June 18 – July 31, 2024

The public will have the opportunity to vote across the 11 award categories. Each voter can vote as many times as they wish in as many categories as desired.

August 5, 2024

After the voting period closes, the votes will be tallied, and the top 10 finalists for each award category will be identified. These finalists will be announced and highlighted on our platforms.

 

August 6 – 30, 2024

The final voting round will commence, allowing the public to vote for their favorite finalists in each category. This round will determine the ultimate winners of the 11 awards.

November 7, 2024

The winners of the 2024 Top 500 Women of Work Awards will be announced at the conclusion of the VISION+WoW Conference and Gala on November 7th at The Depot Minneapolis. The winners will be celebrated across our social media channels and website.
